The Evans Head Fishing Classic is back for 2024! This flagship fishing tournament will be kicking off TOMORROW (Fri 5th July) and run through to next Friday (12 July)

The Evans Head Fishing Classic is set to return in 2024, starting tomorrow (Fri 5th July) and running through to the following Friday (12 July). This catch and photograph event boasts a wide variety of species to target and numerous random draws with exciting prizes up for grabs. Located behind Club Evans RSL on the river, the EHFC event site offers a vibrant food alley featuring popular food trucks, sponsor displays, and a showcase tank for catches. Visitors can enjoy classic eats from food trucks while browsing through the event offerings. The picturesque setting by the river provides a perfect backdrop for anglers to showcase their skills and compete for the impressive prizes on offer.

In addition to the main fishing event for adults, there will be a kids’ fishing event held over the weekend on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July.
