Evans River K-12 Boccia Teams Triumph at State Championships

Celebrations are in full swing at Club Evans RSL as the Evans River K-12 Primary & High School Boccia teams showcased exceptional talent at the recent State Championships held in Sydney. The teams, representing Our Community with pride, displayed resilience, sportsmanship, and determination throughout the competition.

Primary Team’s Remarkable Achievement

The Primary Team, consisting of Jedi, Mason, Lillian, and Reid, demonstrated remarkable skill and teamwork, securing the 5th position in NSW. Their outstanding performance saw them narrowly miss the finals by just 1 point, highlighting their competitive spirit and dedication to the sport.

High School Team’s Inaugural Success

The High School Team, comprising Shelby, Aaliyah, Charlie, and Piper, made a memorable debut at the State Championships, securing the 21st position in NSW. Despite being their first major competition, the team exhibited great sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude throughout the event.
