Today, it was an absolute honour to host Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, at the Club during her visit to Evans Head.

It was a great privilege for us to host Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, during her visit to Evans Head. As the representative of His Majesty King Charles III in New South Wales, the Governor’s role is deeply rooted in Australian history, tracing back to Captain Arthur Phillip RN in 1788.

During her visit to Evans Head as part of a tour of the Northern Rivers region, Her Excellency visited the Royal Australian Air Force Evans Head Air Weapons Range. We were honored to showcase the strong community spirit of Evans Head during her visit.
