So Close, Eric… So Very, Very Close!

In what can only be described as the most bittersweet moment in recent Club Evans RSL history, our Duty Manager Eric had his number come up in the Members Badge Draw this week — for a whopping $7,200. There’s just one small problem. He was working at the time and couldn’t claim the prize.

As per the rules of the draw, Eric missed out on the cash. The upside for the rest of our members? Wednesday night’s Members Badge Draw has now rolled over to $7,400!

Oh, and Eric has Wednesday off. So watch this space. 👀

$7,400 Up for Grabs This Wednesday Night

If you’ve been looking for a reason to head into Club Evans RSL this Wednesday, $7,400 is a pretty good one. The Members Badge Draw continues to grow, and with Eric potentially in the crowd this time around, the atmosphere is sure to be something special.

In the meantime, if you’re feeling a little sorry for Eric, feel free to shout him a beer next time you’re in. He’s a Carlton Dry man — and with some of the cheapest members beer prices in Evans Head, that $7,200 would have stretched to roughly 973 schooners. Probably for the best he was working.
